Bio
Before I worked in game development, I was practicing and teaching
architecture in Houston, Texas for eleven years. People have asked
me why would I want to leave that career to start
one in the game industry. I've always had a
passion for games and especially games that involve
exploring unique places. The above images represent some of the work during that interesting period of
my life.
In July 2006,
after graduating
from The Guildhall at SMU, I accepted a World Builder position at NCsoft/Destination Games. In November 2007, I was
thrilled to ship my first title, the science fiction MMO
Tabula Rasa. The following year, I
completed a contract position with Certain Affinity
designing one of their multiplayer maps for
Call of Duty: World at War. In March 2009, I
began work on the first person shooter Singularity as a Level Designer
for Raven Software. Currently, I am designing
levels at Treyarch as a Level Builder
on Call of Duty: Black Ops.
